Happy Easter!

I'm not too sure what happened here, but I don't have an option for changing the font on this entry, so it might look a little different from my other posts. Hm.

We had a fun day yesterday, starting off with a community Easter party. They put on a candy hunt for the little kids. Brynn and Dad got on the sidelines, ready to go for the three-year old age group. And then, just as the Easter Bunny said it was time to go get the candy, Brynn decided to stay on the sidelines. So Dad went out and grabbed three things, brought them back to her and dropped them at her feet so we could get pictures of her on a candy hunt.

We then went to gymnastics, where Brynn not only went into the room by herself, but came unglued from the instructor's side, and even participated -- once. We felt so happy!

We stopped by Dad's school on the way home to take part in the (now finishing up) festivities, and Brynn got to jump around in a giant pink princess castle. She loved it, and went on it three times.

We were fortunate enough after nap times to catch some lingering daylight for an attempt at an Easter photo shoot. Unfortunately, Elle had woken up a couple hours before Brynn, so she was a little hard to get smiling. And Brynn thought the grass was too pokey, so she wouldn't sit down. But we did our best, and here are some results.

The first pictures here are what we discovered on our dining room table the morning after the Easter Bunny's visit.
